The Village of Middleburgh Board of Trustees will be holding our Monthly Meeting on Monday, August 5th at 7:00 PM. VILLAGE BOARD MEETING AGENDA – August 5, 2024

  1. Mayor to open Village meeting with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00 PM.
  2. Announcement: Heritage Day Celebration will be on Friday, August 23rd from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at M&S Depot, located at 144 Wells Avenue – featuring the Catskill Gamblers. Additionally, the Village will be unearthing a time capsule at Memorial Park earlier that day at 12:00 PM – all are invited.

  19. Motion to amend budget Revenue A3501 CHIPS from $49,942 to actual $105,646 and move Street Repairs A5110.41 $49,942 to A5112.4 and increase A5112.4 by $55,704 to correct expenditure and revenue to match.
