Starting on Thursday, January 2, 2025, Railroad Avenue in the Village of Middleburgh will become a one-way street with all traffic going towards Main Street. Additionally, the Village Department of Public Works will be installing parking meters in January to ensure there is greater parking flow on that busy street.
Furthermore, the Village Codes Enforcement and Village Attorney are moving forward on acquiring the dilapidated and condemned structure at 111 Railroad Avenue, which after demolition will become off-street parking for residents and business patrons alike.
The Village appreciates everyone’s patience as this new Law takes effect and our community members become acquainted to the change.
