Update (9:29 AM): Wells Avenue from Cliff Street to Chestnut Lane is reopened.
We want to thank our Village Department of Public Works (DPW) Crew for their hard work last night and this morning.
Update (11:04 PM): The water line break at the intersection of Cliff Street and Wells Avenue has been successfully repaired by the Village Department of Public Works (DPW) Crew.
Wells Avenue from Cliff Street to Chestnut Lane will remain closed until Friday morning when the DPW finishes street repairs.
Update (6:32 PM): The Village Department of Public Works (DPW) has closed part of Wells Avenue from Cliff Street to Chestnut Lane as a result of the ongoing water line break.
Repairs are ongoing by the DPW Crew.
There is a large municipal water line break at the intersection of Cliff Street and Wells Avenue in the Village of Middleburgh. The Village Department of Public Works (DPW) Crew is en route to the scene.
The DPW would like to advise Village residents to reduce water usage while repairs are ongoing.
