The Village of Middleburgh Board of Trustees will be holding a special meeting on Tuesday, May 30th at 7:00 PM for the purpose of conducting regular public business. Residents may attend in-person at the Middleburgh Library (323 Main Street). 

Village Board Special Meeting Agenda – May 30, 2023 

1. Deputy Mayor to open meeting with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00 PM. 

2. Motion to approve quote for 12” Electronic Speed Limit Sign (Village to spend $3,287.00, Town Supervisor Wes Laraway to donate $400, for a total purchase cost of $3,687.00). 

3. Motion to Reschedule Public Hearing on Fred Risse Development sketch plans for Tuesday, June 13th, 7:30 PM at the Middleburgh Library (323 Main Street). 

4.  Motion to accept Steve Meyers Construction donation of new wooden fence ($2,000-$2,500 in value) at Village Pool. 

5. Village Hall Project Status: Security Doors Update. 

6. Motion to approve records destruction. 

7. Personnel Committee Recommendations on DPW Superintendent, Laborer Positions. 

8. Announcement: Annual Joint Meeting with Town Board will be held on Thursday, June 8th, 6:00 PM at Community Center (139 Cotton Hill Road).
