As Christmas Day recedes from mind and your Christmas Trees are in need of disposal, the Village of Middleburgh Department of Public Works would like to remind you that they will pick up your trees from the edge of your front yard in the coming weeks.
Additionally, local animal rescues such as the New York Wildlife Rescue Center on Llama Lane and the Broome Animal Sanctuary on State Route 30 will typically accept Christmas Tree donations.
