The Village of Middleburgh Board of Trustees, by order of Mayor Knight, will be holding a special meeting at Village Hall, located at 309 Main Street, on Monday, March 17th at 7:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to adopt a Body Worn Camera Policy for Village Personnel.
Pursuant to Public Officers Law (POL) § 103-a(2)(a), the Village Board of Trustees is notifying the public that due to extraordinary circumstances videoconferencing will be used during this meeting, which can be accessed by the public by utilizing Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87382631740?pwd=otw1fOda8TIaA5wQbGBbRKeJ3nM2cA.1 and that the Meeting Agenda and accompanying Board Packet will be posted at www.villageofmiddleburgh.com, and the Village of Middleburgh Facebook Page, in addition to being publicly available at Village Hall.

1. Mayor to open meeting with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00 PM.
2. Discussion: Resolution #3-2025 – Body Worn Camera Policy
3. Motion to approve Middleburgh Village Oktoberfest Association request to donate a tree at MFD Park.
4. Discussion: Spark Good Local Grants Application – $250 to $5,000 quarterly project grants available.
5. Any other business that may legally come before the Board.
