The Village of Middleburgh Board of Trustees will be holding our Monthly Board Meeting on Monday, April 14th at 7:00 PM. Village residents may attend in-person at the Middleburgh Library or online via Zoom (https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81933964012?pwd=A7AOdjqaHZT5w1SgYtpDtaN5ajOKC1.1).

VILLAGE BOARD MEETING AGENDA – APRIL 14, 2025

  1. Mayor open meeting with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00 PM.
  2. Announcements: Ribbon Cutting for Forget Me Not Soda Shoppe – Saturday, May 10 at 12 PM; Village of Middleburgh Intern Antonio Remache will be starting in the Fall 2025 Semester.
  3. Motion to approve Regular Board Minutes of March 3, 2025, and Special Board Minutes of March 17, 2025.

    • We will be hosting a walkthrough of the business district on Tuesday, June 10th at 9:30 AM with representatives of MVEDD and SEEC to understand the total picture. MABA and the Grants Committee will also be invited to participate.
    • Delaware Engineering submitted the Village’s EPG Application for Sanitary Sewer Extension.
    • Mayor Knight submitted a Technical Grant application, with MVEDD’s assistance, for DEC’s Drinking Water Source Protection Program.
